We strive to provide an excellent customer experience, and we want to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. However, with the nature of personal care items, we are unable to do exchanges on returns on most personal care items for hygienic reasons.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, we'd be happy to issue a replacement or refund. In order to be eligible, please send us a photo showing the issue, and we will provide you with the address for return (if required).

Once the return has been received or approved, you will be sent a replacement or issued a refund. 



  • In the case that a reshipment is required due to an incorrect address, we can reship you a replacement, with an additional shipping cost.

  • In the case where the package was marked as delivered, but you have not received it, then you must file a claim with the carrier directly.
    • If you purchased Route Shipping Insurance, then this package will be covered with a replacement or refund.
