We are currently only shipping to the continental United States. We appreciate all your support to our shop :) 

We offer fast & easy $4.99 flat rate shipping. No matter how much you add to your cart, shipping is only $4.99. 

Because we source our products straight from manufacturers and vendors in the United States, you may receive multiple packages arriving at different times for your order.


WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

  • Orders ship from the United States, and take 1-3 days to process.
    • Please note, during certain high volume periods such as holidays or major sales, there may be some extra processing time. 
  • Our standard $4.99 flat rate shipping typically takes 4-7 days to arrive, however we do have a limited amount of products (Maxon straight razors) shipping directly from Europe which may take 1-2 additional days.

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automatic shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. 
  • You may also verify this by logging into your account on our website to view your order details.

 

MY TRACKING SHOWS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

  • We suggest reaching out to the carrier that your order was shipped under, as sometimes they do hold the package.
  • We typically suggest waiting until the end of the next business day once your order was marked as delivered, as most cases the order will show up, but incorrectly marked as delivered
  • If the address was entered incorrectly, then we can reship the order with an additional shipping cost. 
  • If you’ve checked with any roommates, family members, or coworkers to see if they’ve seen it, and you’re still having trouble locating your package, please reach out to us at hello@thebodycondimentshop.com and we’d be happy to help!

 

SHIPPING INSURANCE

We do our best to make sure your order arrives to you in great condition. Unfortunately, some items can be damaged during transit, or even worse stolen or lost. Filing claims with USPS is often tedious and time consuming. We’re happy to provide optional Route Shipping Insurance for a small fee which covers most of these instances. 

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

  • Shipment tracking showing as “delivered’, but haven’t been received.
  • Shipment sent out, but no movement in tracking after 14 days from the last scan

DAMAGES

  • Any products that do not arrive in working condition or damaged in transit
  • Parts of the order missing due to package tampering

NOT COVERED

  • Missing packages due to incorrect address information provided during checkout
  • Shipping delays due to carrier
  • Items that are returned not in resalable condition. The includes items being sent back fro returns, but damaged due to insufficient packaging.

*Claims for packages marked as “delivered” must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked as “delivered”. Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not “delivered”) must be filed after 7 days and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
